No. We provide independent financial analysis for informational purposes only. We do not broker transactions, raise capital, or provide success-fee services.

Do you need perfect books for diligence?

No. Many SMB and smaller real-estate deals have imperfect records. We focus on normalization, consistency checks, and conservative underwriting with clear limitations.

What do you deliver?

A diligence memo (typically 5–15 pages), supporting schedules/bridges, an underwriting model, and a seller question list. A readout call is included for standard packages.

How fast can you turn this around?

Typical turnaround is 3–7 business days after receiving required documents, depending on complexity. Rush options may be available for smaller scopes.
